You can extend or decrease your floor plan and choose features and options from additional rooms to paint color, flooring, windows, doors, ceilings, cabinetry, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and more. How long does it take to get my home installed after it’s ordered? After the permits are submitted to the county, it usually takes 8 to 12 weeks and an additional 45 to 60 days to undergo final state inspections and attach it to your property.
