Homes For Every Budget And Lifestyle!

Manufactured Home Specifications

All counties have required building codes for site/stick-built, mobile, and manufactured homes. These are structural specifications to ensure you meet the safety needs of that area. They can include requirements for snow, fire, wind, and seismic (earthquake) activity. There are also recommended but optional specifications which are listed below. Please research the county where you want to place your home to become familiar with their manufactured home specifications, as this will affect the final price of your home.
